You can fold the 12 connected square panels in different directions and open them up. Try to link all 5 rings together and then separate them again... You can also create a variety of 3D shapes.
This is a perfect portable puzzle that is ideal for developing memory and problem solving skills.

I loved this puzzle. However if you twist it just right, the wires that connect the pieces can pull out of the tracks and it's very hard to get back together. That said, I played with it pretty hard for a long time before that happened. The wires are like fishing line, so there is a tiny amount of give in them. It is a pretty satisfying puzzle. Not horribly hard, but still fun.
