Hui-Hui Machine

Try this classic toy!  When you rub the round stick up and down the serrated edge of the square stick, the propeller turns.  It is call Hui-Hui because that is the "magical" phrase that if spoken during the rubbing, will cause the propeller to stop and start to turn in the other direction...
