Treasure Soma is an assembly puzzle with seven Soma Cube pieces and 34 "diamonds". The object of the puzzle is to assemble the pieces into a cube and then hide the 34 diamonds inside. The pieces all have pyramid voids that enable the hiding. Because of the shape of the voids and diamonds, pieces are pulled out at a skewed angle. The assembly can be a dexterity challenge, as the diamonds want to fall out during assembly. A Burrtools analysis showed that all 240 possible assemblies are solvable, as each assembly has the L piece, the Y piece or both at a corner at the outside. Once this first piece is removed, the other pieces follow.
The puzzle took 15½ hours to 3D print on a Dutchy 3D printer. 45 meter of 1.75-mm PLA filament was used to print it. The puzzle weighs 135 grams.
