This puzzle originally had a sparkplug on the inside of the frame that you had to remove, now you will need to remove the bolt. Don't be fooled by it's simplistic design.

This puzzle looks great with the always winning mix of wood and metal and a very original theme. However the mechanism is a very classical one and this puzzle is not the one where it is the better hidden.
Another problem is the scratches on the internal face of the wooden frame due to the heavy screw moving freely inside.
It could be a cool introduction to mechanical puzzle.
Another puzzle similar is called "bougie" with a fire plug into the frame by the same designer.
