This is a color anodized version of the original! It is made of aluminum, stainless steel, and copper so it is very light and very sturdy and has a beautiful copper appearance.
Hedgehog in a cage ORIGINAL is made and designed according to the famous novel by Jaroslav Foglar, The Mystery of the puzzle. The cage of the puzzle is made from one piece of material and has an elegantly curved shape. Puzzle design is based on original artwork and its form combines all the nice features including conical spikes. Hedgehog has a ball separable by screwing.
The objective is to free the spiked ball from its cage.
The Hedgehog is stored in a new retro pouch made of amazing brown leather and in a box printed with an original American newspaper from 1895. This Hedgehog has been created with great attention to detail, so you will also find the manufacturer's markings in the same font and style as on the original TRILBY. One of the several interesting details of this puzzle is backward compatibility. Puzzle foreheads exactly matching the foreheads of its 130-year-old predecessor. Generally uncommon in puzzles.
