I received this ring in the mail on Wednesday, my 14th wedding anniversary, and was thrilled. It was well packed in a larger box with styrofoam peanuts so if you order a ring it will not get lost in the mail in a small package. It came in a small Ziploc bag inside a red velveteen ring box and with a small wire holding the bands together that must be taken off before wearing the ring. It fits perfectly on the finger and looks shiny and beautiful. My only complaint (not really a complaint but more of something I would have liked to see) I got the 4 band puzzle ring with black sapphire stones (5 of them). I would have liked to see the stones be just a bit bigger although for the price this size is fine. I have received many compliments on it already with having it not even a week yet. It mirrors the general shape (but narrower and with stones) to the 6 band puzzle ring I got my husband for our anniversary. This is a great company to deal with - shipping is fast and the two rings we bought separately arrived in flawless condition. I highly recommend Puzzle Master Incorporated - thank you for the great products and wonderful customer experience.
