The Phoenix cross knot consists of only three parts. Sounds simple at first. But the three parts don't fall apart easily. The phoenix can only be dismantled in specific steps. The second challenge is to return the pieces to the right place.

Pheonix is equivalent to Interlock 3 wooden puzzle 😏 Even though this puzzle has only 3 components, but it is quite tricky to reassembling the 3 pieces back to its original form of a cube. It take about 6 moves to dismantle the wholesome cube into 3, and another 6 moves to reassemble back into a cube. I personally like this puzzle. It looks good as an ornament on a coffee table. Perhaps as a paper weight on your study table 🤪 It is fun wooden puzzle to play with 👍
