Free Shipping for USA & Canada orders over $99

All Canadian & continental USA orders that have free shipping will be shipped using the Canadian Post Office. Free Shipping is only available to USA and Canadian shipping addresses, international shipping addresses are not eligible for free shipping.

To qualify for “free shipping” you need to enter the “free shipping” coupon code: FREESHIP24 when you checkout.

How Shipping is Calculated

For most of our orders we use the Canadian Post Office as the shipping company. The shipping costs are calculated by weight and dimensions.

Order Fulfillment Time

Orders placed on Monday through Friday (excluding Canadian holidays) will be shipped the same day at 2pm Saskatchewan time. Any orders placed after 1pm Saskatchewan time will be shipped on the next business day. Orders on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Carriers and Transit Time

For most orders we use the Canadian Post Office as the shipping company.

** International customers ** - Orders outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Western Canada: about 1-4 business days estimated
Eastern Canada: about 2-11 business days estimated

USA
USA Priority Mail: about 1-3 business days estimated
USA Xpresspost Mail: about 2-5 business days estimated
USA Expedited Mail: about 4-7 business days estimated
USA Tracked Packet: about 5-10 business days estimated
USA Airmail: about 5-10 business days estimated

International
International Priority Worldwide: about 2-5 business days estimated
International Xpresspost Worldwide: about 4-8 business days estimated
International Tracked Packet Worldwide: about 7-11 business days estimated
International Parcel Air: about 7-11 business days estimated
International Air Mail: about 7-11 business days estimated
International Parcel Surface: about 20-60 business days estimated
International Surface Mail: about 20-60 business days estimated (this is not a misprint, it takes a long time for surface mail)

How to determine the Shipping costs

There are two ways to find the estimated shipping cost.
1) Checkout and enter all your information. The shipping costs will appear at the end of the process.
2) Go to our website, www.puzzlemaster.ca. Pick the puzzles you would like to order. Add them to the shopping cart by clicking the "add to cart" button. Once you have picked your puzzles and you are on the Shopping Cart page you can get an estimate of the shipping costs before you have enter any of your personal information.

To get an estimate of your shipping costs you will need to:

International customers - enter country
Canadian customers - enter country and postal code
USA customers - enter country and zip code
