Product Info

This beauty is stunning with a wenge wood box complete with a fairly large, but quite restricted opening and 3 pieces to be placed inside made from zebrano wood. You might ask: 'there are only 3 pieces…how hard can this be?' Well, this one has a serious challenge to it! Not only is the opening fairly restrictive, but the shape of the rattlesnake piece also ensures that the approach to insertion is very limited.

This puzzle was crafted in Europe with absolutely fantastic quality. Each of the puzzles of Pelikan design are unparalleled in their class!
Every piece of the puzzle is precisely cut and very well made;  you cannot find its equal anywhere else. The diversity in wood makes each puzzle a unique masterpiece.

Difficulty: 18 (11.4.3)   The brackets indicate the breakdown of moves to free each piece sequentially.
Designed by:  Alexander Magyarics
Made with Wenge and Zebrano wood.

I still haven't got it. I finally resorted to watching the solution video after many weeks of playing around with it. And I only watched the video once and now it's gone and my head is as empty as before so I guess I'll keep trying. I figure: I'm sixty-nine, I have, what, maybe twenty years left? So I should get it before I drop dead. Thing is, the older I get: is it wiser or is it in the other direction?
