Played with it for about 20 minutes and couldn’t get past a certain point. Then, almost by accident, the next step of the solution showed itself. From there, I couldn’t help but smile. The solution is so satisfying and perfect. A perfect Hanayama puzzle.

One of the most satisfying and elegant level 3/6 Hanayamas. Especially when you learn every move to solve it quickly. Reminded me of Elk and Baroq

I was amazed when I found out how the female piece could pass by the grooves on the male piece! Before that I was trying to do some other movements, which were not possible. Afterwards, I still had some time guessing what the next possible movement could be. Finally, I solved it and quickly put it back together. I wonder if I'll be able to do the same in a few days, or I'll have some guessing again. I recommend this one to every puzzle lover!

I'm sure this is a great puzzle, but I got it into a state that is irreversible and now I've got a useless hunk of metal. I knew I'd made a mistake when I heard how loud it "snapped". I'd read some of the reviews and saw some people mentioning having to use a small amount of force to wiggle through some positions. So a few steps into the puzzle I encountered a place where I found myself using a small amount of force too. I guess it was the wrong place, because it snapped as it entered a new position from which there appears to be no escape short of taking a hammer to it.

One of my very favorite Hanayama puzzles. Not too difficult as there are a fairly limited number of moves available from any position, but even so, those moves aren't always immediately apparent. Good solid feel, and it looks great.

This was a great puzzle. Because of this being my first of this companies puzzles I got this as a medium hard puzzle. I found the first step after about 30 minutes and it was fun and only a bit complicated from there. Overall this puzzle if fun, a bit challenging, and looks nice as well.

This is a great one! It's got more steps than it appears but, is a great puzzle. Fun to watch people try it for a few minutes, and then put it down in disgust. Nice design and the pieces are solidly made; nice gold finish, but the gold rubs off.

One of the best Hanayamas. Sturdy, beautiful and has a very elegant solution that precisely models real-life relationships :) Crafted by japanese mastersmith Akimo Yamamoto. As some above stated, it often requires some wiggling to get the pieces through at a few places, but generally the solution is moderate to find and very easy to do if you know how to. It has a hole that is supposedly for hanging it, but it seems too heavy for a pendant.

Some moves seem a little to "precise" or not very smooth on mine.

This is my favorite Haniyama puzzle. The pieces are solid, heavy, and well made, and the puzzle itself is elegent, requiring quite a few more steps than one would imagine after a casual inspection.

I really enjoyed this puzzle. It has a good weight to it and a nice shiny finish. Some of the moves are not as smooth as I'd like to see, though. I like how this puzzle gives a fairly good sense of progress, which makes it more suitable for a less experienced puzzler.

This puzzle is extremely beautiful and elegent. I have given it as a gift and someone else wanted to give it as a gift, too. It is a perfect physical instantiation of a human male/female relationship. The solution even seems to fit the way most people get together (if you start from the pieces apart).

Gorgeous puzzle. Very fun to play with. One problem is a shorter solution is possible if you force the pieces a bit. I solved it this way first and found out the correct solution later.
