Product Info
A three-layer packing puzzle. The objective is to get all 18 pieces into the three layers of the frame. As you can see in the picture, the solution may include gaps. It is also challenging to figure out which piece belongs in which layer.
Made in laser-cut woods, acrylic, and stainless steel by Jean-Claude Constantin. Jean-Claude Constantin lives in Germany, where he designs and manufactures many different wood and metal puzzles, as well as magic tricks.

It is challenging, I've tried dozens of times, and haven't yet got to the point where there isn't one itty-bitty piece that doesn't fit. So apparently simple but because you basically have to start from scratch each time, unless you were a meticulous record-keeper or had a prodigious memory, you may end up doing the same set of packing and end up with the same result. This is one where the little pieces could easily go astray as you have to dump it out onto a table, so keep track of them and put the whole thing into a ziplock bag between attempts.
Not sure what the other review is talking about; there isn’t any black pieces in this puzzle and those are definitely not the dark brown ones because there isn’t a dark brown piece that long and skinny. Looks very straight forward but gets difficult quick as pieces run out. I love it
"may include gaps" Oh geez. Look at your own puzzle. Those are two dark pieces of wood. Not "gaps". Sheesh. VERY difficult puzzle, but recommend if you are up to the challenge. But no "gaps"!
