Product Info

A unique spin on the burr puzzle.  The inside mechanisms are hidden by the wooden ball, which makes it more difficult to solve.  You may need to visualize your strategy before you begin playing with the puzzle.  One of our more interesting looking puzzles when assembled.

I grew up with the twisted metal puzzles. I have found over time, that they all feal quit similar in the need to Solve. Last christmas I recieved Cast Amour. A beatutiful puzzle with a beautiful solution, be it all too framiliar. Just today, I bought Gyro, as it was in the discount rack. I know why. The solution was simple, and obvius, far from beautiful, and was done in under 10 min (without any prior wooden puzzle experience. Puzzle will be good for school aged children, but then I question the durability, if exposed to children. If done in metal, it would be a good puzzle for school aged children (10-15 years of age)
