Delightful and elegant. It’s still satisfying to simply fiddle with it long after initially solving it. This is absolutely a personal favorite.

Fun puzzle! A little tricky at times but harder to put the ring back to the starting position once you disassemble it. I highly recommend!

I love the idea behind this puzzle. I had once a similar one, but instead of a cube and a ring, I used other kind of pieces. But the movements from one edge to another on the surface of the 3D object was the same as in this puzzle. There are also some places where you can stumble, although not much, but for a first puzzle with the new idea of movements I think this is a great one.

This is a clever little puzzle. It took me a moment to figure out how the ring is supposed to move around the cube, but once I got the mechanics sorted out, I still had trouble finding the solution. I've been playing with this on and off for a few weeks and I've managed to get the ring off of the frame. I still can't get the ring back to the starting position. Perhaps this is a little trickier than a level two. That's why I like these level two puzzles... they can always suprise you! The Cast Box isn't as aesthetically pleasing as other Hanayama puzzles, but it will keep you entertained for a good while.
